While this blog remains active, we've also opened a Wikia for the Audacia Sector. In the future we will post all new articles in both places – the wikia might be easier to navigate, though.

Updates and changes

Just a quick note, because there hasn't been that much new content:

There are many new characters and units ready, they just need proper photos. Among those are: the rest of the Imperial Fists and Ork armies (including a Stompa), and the foundation of an AdMech army (including an allied Imperial Knight).

Furthermore, we've recently started collecting and painting 30K Legions: Space Wolves (of course), White Scars, and Death Guard, the latter of which already has three Contemptor Dreadnoughts and roughly 40 Marines ready.

With that, we'll also talk about the Audacia Sector in the 31st Millenium – and a way to bring at least some Legions to the 41st Millenium ...

So stay tuned, we're on it.

Updates: First Miniatures, faction descriptions, sector map

It's been a long time coming, but as you can see I've finally found the time to make some "proper" photos. The first few characters have been featured, with more coming soon.

At the same time, the Setting page (above) now features a map of the sector itself. Descriptions of more planets are in the works too.

As for factions, the following three are considerably advanced: Imperial Fists, Orks, and Tyranids. Necrons and Space Wolves should make their presence known sooner or later, and there's the possibility of one other faction joining the fray this year (AdMech or Chaos, or maybe both ...).

So yeah, it's coming.

Welcome!

We are a small group of 40K players with various armies, who (re-) started collecting 40K miniatures in late 2014. Just so you know what to expect, currently it's (from largest to smallest) Space Wolves, Imperial Fists, Necrons, Orks, Tyranids.

This blog will be used in a number of ways:

• showcase our collections, as well as works in progress
• talk about our army compositions
• work on the history of the Audacia sector, which might inspire others to do likewise: to design a place (be it a sector, a system or a single planet) where all your forces have a place, a motivation, a reason to be there.
• post battle reports, possibly in video form.

One word on language: we are not native speaker. This should not be a huge problem, I hope, but it could become even more apparent if we ever post videos. Thing is, the best "flavor" of 40K is in English. Any translation is bound to lose some of that flavor.
